Donation Information

I. Donations can be made in two ways: regular fixed amounts and single donations.

Regular donations: You can make regular donations using a credit card or bank account.

*Regular donations will be deducted from your credit card at set times according to your specified method. If you do not specify a donation period, we will continue to deduct until you voluntarily notify us to stop donating. You will receive an email notification for each donation, indicating that the donation was successful. If you need to change or cancel your scheduled donation, please contact us at basegarden16@gmail.com .

II. Single donation methods include:

5. FamilyMart FamiPort machine
*Minimum donation: NT $ 100 , maximum donation: NT$20,000 *
Operation process: In FamiPort, select Charity – Charity Donation – Bulb Sprout, enter the amount you wish to irrigate, print the form, and then complete the donation at the counter.

Benevity connects donations from corporations and their employees to nonprofits and charities worldwide. Many companies encourage employee donations and community service; these donations are matched through the Benevity system and delivered to verified charities. III. Donation Declaration: Our association has applied to the Ministry of Finance for online declaration, so we will not proactively provide paper receipts. As long as you leave your tax return certificate (ID card number) when you donate, we will proactively declare it.

If you encounter any issues with online filings not recording the transaction, or if your company/business requires documentation for tax reporting, please remember to email ( basegarden16@gmail.com ) or visit the Basegarden Facebook fan page to request a paper copy of the documentation.
Company registrations are not eligible for online submission. If you require a paper receipt, please send a private message to the Basegarden Facebook fan page after making your donation. If you do not require a receipt, you do not need to fill out this form.
